Based in Derby, the successful Internal Sales Advisor will be part of a busy, friendly team handling customer orders, enquiries, and quotes. You’ll process orders accurately, manage inbound/outbound calls, and coordinate logistics.

About the Internal Sales Advisor Role:

Our client is seeking a determined and skilful individual who is more than happy to get stuck in the day-to-day. Based at their sales office in Edmonton, they are looking for a conscientious individual to work within their busy and challenging admin / sales office.

The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who is happy to work in all areas of the business to gain a grounding of the company and its goals. Someone who has a conscientious attitude towards work and is very organised for this demanding role. Panel product knowledge would be advantages but not essential as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor:

• Accurate Order Processing
• Making outbound calls to existing customers and new customers
• Dealing with inbound Calls from customers (old / new), ensuring strong relationships are maintained
• Providing accurate quotations to customers' enquiries
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Keeping track of customer orders through the factory so customers can be updated on their order progress
• Organising transport for deliveries
• Keeping filing updated
• Dealing with admin and other matters as they arise, such as Health and safety policy and coordinating meetings

Skills & Experience:

• Friendly telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Good Numeracy and Computer literacy
• The ability to work as a team player is essential as is using one’s own initiative
• Methodical problem solver
• Positive, Proactive can-do attitude
• Reliable and punctual
