Summary
To adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times. To assist in the delivery of an advanced specialist nursing service for people with specialist needs within the chemotherapy day unit. To provide specialist nursing advice and support to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals following diagnosis and throughout treatment. To ensure continuity of a high standard of evidence-based nursing care by assessing the health, health-related, and nursing needs of patients, their families, and other carers, identifying and initiating appropriate steps for effective care.
