Summary
Manage clinical caseload and deal with a wide and diverse range of health needs. Face to face and telephone consultations Home visits Effective management of long-term conditions Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance o Generic prescribing, adhering to local and national guidance Processing of administrative task in a timely manner including referrals and repeat prescriptions On a rotational basis, undertake telephone triage and duty doctor roles Work collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload Attend and contribute effectively to practice meetings as required Support the training of medical students from all clinical disciplines Review and always adhere to practice protocols and policies Commit to self-learning and instil an ethos of continuing professional development
