Be a key player in our Sales team
Join a dynamic team where you can develop at a fast pace. You'll have the opportunity to sell cutting-edge IT services, support, and cloud technology platforms, including Microsoft services, directly to end businesses, primarily within the SME environment. If you're passionate about sales and ready to win, we want to hear from you! Additionally, you will be responsible for:
• Achieving revenue and gross profit sales targets
• Achieving self-set KPIs including number of appointments set, number of outbound and effective calls made, number of proposals and presentations delivered
• Working with marketing to provide ideas for campaigns and commitment to follow up
• Generating own leads by calling and booking appointments
• Demonstrating strong conversion of company-generated leads and appointments
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, being highly effective in managing the entire sales cycle
• Account management of your clients and upsell services through regular meetings
• Canvassing new business from current client database
Salary £45k + double OTE
Hybrid working for a good work/life balance – 2-3 days in our Reigate office

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to hit the ground running:
• Sales Experience: A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar client-facing sales role, such as SDR, BDR, Telesales, or direct IT sales
• Cold Calling & Prospecting Pro: You enjoy calling prospects and have proven experience with cold calling. Familiarity with prospecting tools (like SalesLoft or Outreach) and creating sales sequences is highly desirable
• Tech Literate: A genuine interest in technology, business, and winning. Keen to embrace new sales tools and platforms
• Communication & Client Focus: Strong, demonstrable client-facing skills and excellent listening and communication abilities. You're comfortable interacting with contacts across the corporate hierarchy, including C-Level executives
• Results-Oriented: A track record of delivering on and exceeding sales targets. You're a self-starter with successful, credible achievements to your name
• CRM Literate: Experience with CRM databases is desirable
• Team Player: You thrive in a high-energy, collaborative working environment, with a positive and energetic approach.
• Curious & Creative: A curious nature and creative mindset, always looking for innovative ways to engage with prospects
