Summary

Earlybirds Manager for our Before and After School Club Care. Permanent Position. 19.75 hours per week Term Time. Grade 3 (Grade 4 depending on qualifications and experience)

£26,409-£32,654 pro rata (actual salary £12,549 - £15,516 per annum) term time

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Earlybirds Manager to lead our vibrant Before and After School Club for children aged 7 to 11. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and passionate team providing high-quality, affordable childcare.

As the Earlybirds Manager, you will:
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring a caring, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Plan and deliver engaging play and structured activities in line with the Children Act 1988.
• Support the individual needs of each child, respecting their race, culture, gender, and religion.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, fostering a warm and inclusive community.
• Explore the potential for running a holiday club for the first week of the Summer holidays

Requirements:
• Experience working with children in a care or educational setting.
• A genuine passion for childcare and child development.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications (Grade 4 consideration will be based on experience and qualifications)
