Summary

Proximity Coach Travel in Padiham are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship over the duration of 15 months.

• Quoting customers with prices on coach hire
• Possibility of meeting suppliers here at the office
• Dealing with emails and telephone enquiries
• Spreadsheet work
• Research and findings of new suppliers
• Invoicing customers
• Potential event management
• General administration duties
• Inbound and outbound calls

• Willingness to learn
• Punctual
• Smart and presentable
• Must be trustworthy with confidential information
• Confident speaking to customers on the phone and in person
• Must have reliable transport
• Must have a good level English and maths

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm / 1 hour lunch break (flexible) / 37 hours per week
