The Lincoln Suites London, Kingsway (Holborn)
Located in the heart of central London, The Lincoln Suites is an aparthotel overlooking London’s famous Kingsway. Superbly located a stone’s throw from Covent Garden and Soho.

Lincoln Suites offers guests a unique experience from traditional hotels. With us you will find somewhere that feels like a home. All our rooms are Suites with more living and working space than you would find in a conventional hotel guest room. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your core purpose will be:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to all training provided such as COSHH & Risk Assessments.
Complete quarterly room checks on daily basis following standards for maintenance issues, ensuring remedial action is taken on any shortfalls.
Check public and back areas daily for maintenance issues, ensuring remedial action is taken on any shortfalls
Develop knowledge of hotel structure fixtures and fittings
Redecoration and refresh of public areas and guest bedrooms
Ensure that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner
Assist with preventative maintenance programme
Meet outside contractors arriving at the hotel, ensuring clear instructions from the maintenance manager
Follow and complete daily and weekly check lists of rooms and public areas
Organise any repairs in a manner that does not disturb guests
Ability to work on own initiative but, at the same time, be an integral part of the team
To cover the maintenance manager in his absence
To ensure health & safety checks including fire alarm testing, legionella flushing, emergency light testing, and site safety/security checks are carried out regularly maintaining the safety and welfare of our guests and staff.

Able to work on his own as well as part of the team
Quick leaner & willing to learn new skills
Able to paint and decorate to a high standard
Tech savvy
Basic Maintenance skills
Weekend availability
