Your new role

We're looking for a strategic and driven Head of Key Accounts to lead our corporate sales division. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape scalable sales processes, manage key client relationships, and lead a high-performing team to exceed targets and service expectations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Process Design
  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
  • Align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and mentor a team managing SLA-driven accounts.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Manage and grow relationships with high-value corporate clients.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Act as a senior escalation point and strategic advisor.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with customer service, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Provide insights to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  • Leverage ZOHO CRM to manage and track client engagement.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in senior sales management within large corporations (energy, utilities, telecoms, insurance, or B2B services preferred).
  • Track record of designing sales processes and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing SLA-focused teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Desirable
  • Background in green energy or sustainability.
  • CRM proficiency, especially with ZOHO.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
