Summary
Project Manager (MEP)
M&E Project Manager
Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager required to manage the successful delivery of a number of M&E packages at new build retail stores across the UK. Initially we are looking for someone based in the Midlands area which is ideally situated for the first two projects.
Experience required
- Proven experience managing multiple retail projects.
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of reviewing variations including NICEIC test certificates.
- Programme works on a weekly basis, including the management and allocation of labour and materials.
- Ability to effectively organise operatives/Sub-Contractors for their assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Ideally you will have either a trade and technical background being a time served professional or advanced qualifications to ONC/HNC level in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- A recognised project management qualification is highly desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a really ambitious M&E contractor initially as a self-employed contractor with the option to join permanently as the account matures.
