Summary

As a Central Support Coordinator you'll play an important role by supporting our colleagues in delivering the best end of life care, support and experience. You'll work as part of a team covering all administration, bookings, invoicing and processing across the End of Life Services Department.

What to expect...

-Funeral Booking Management: Oversee and coordinate funeral bookings to ensure smooth operations and maximise efficiency.

-Funeral Plan Administration: Assist with all aspects of funeral plans, including processing payments, handling cancellations, managing monthly instalments, and responding to customer enquiries.

-Logistics Coordination: Organise coroner collections, third-party removals, and cremations, while managing associated contracts and service providers.

-Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and distribute management reports covering contracts, payments, compliance metrics, and service performance statistics.

-Business Account Support: Assist with the administration of business accounts, including invoice generation and processing for B2B contracts and suppliers.

-Procurement and Order Management: Track and process supplier orders, price requests, and ensure timely responses to related enquiries.

-Internal Communications: Maintain and update internal communication platforms, ensuring accurate and current information for colleagues and stakeholders.

-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.

What we're looking for...

-IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.

-High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.

-Organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Skilled in analysing data and information.

-Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.

Training...

-Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we'll provide full training.
