We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team, delivering integrated facilities services for ISS across a national UK portfolio.

Job Description

This is a front-of-house role where you’ll provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and staff, while also supporting the Workplace Experience Coordinator when reception is quieter.

You’ll play a key part in creating a positive, efficient and engaging environment, working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

We’re seeking someone who enjoys being active and involved, not just sitting behind the desk. You’ll need to be confident, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to support both colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for all customer enquiries and requests
Deliver friendly, professional customer service to all visitors and staff
Support room bookings, event set-up and day-to-day site operations
Build relationships with clients and note preferences for future visits
Conduct regular building tours, reporting any faults or concerns
Support high-profile events, including outside normal working hours if needed
Collaborate with all ISS teams and suppliers to ensure seamless service

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

FOH, hospitality, reception or facilities experience ideal - although training provided
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confident working with people at all levels
Flexible and eager to learn
Willing to go the extra mile
Results-focused with a positive attitude
