Are you ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We’re looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operator to become a vital part of our production team. You'll be hands-on in creating high-quality products, operating state-of-the-art machinery, and working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Location: Easily commutable from Braintree, Sudbury, Halstead, Haverhill, Earls Colne & Colchester
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Start on day shifts, then move to 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (late shift)
Pay & Benefits:
£12.21 per hour
Additional £10 per day late shift allowance
Plenty of overtime available at £17.25 per hour (time and a half)
On-the-job training provided
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate and maintain a range of manufacturing equipment
Assemble components using hand tools and precision machinery
Ensure quality standards are met with every product
Use engineering drawings and layouts to produce components
Work with machinery such as:
Grinding Machines
Press Brakes
Sawing Machines
Laser Cutting Equipment
Perform routine equipment checks and safety inspections
Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
Familiarity with factory and machine shop practices
A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus—but full training will be provided
