Summary
To foster good relationships with parents and share with them appropriate information about their childs progress and development; on a daily basis and at parents evenings To maintain excellent communication and rapport with all children and parents at all times in order to ensure effective partnership with parents To communicate with other team members in the nursery Conducting observations on children and making accurate assessments on their individual progress Writing termly assessment reports for individual children Our people are caring, committed, inclusive and focused on quality.
