Summary
The Children Looked After (CLA) & Care Leavers Health Servicework in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) Childrens Services to identify the health needs of CLA and Care Leavers. The post holder will have a pivotal contribution to make in supporting this work by providing an effective and highly confidential administrative role, by coordinating and delivering accurate work in order to meet the timeframes which have been agreed by Commissioners and partner agencies.
