Were looking for someone who: Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Customer Care or equivalent Has a solid understanding of office or HR processes Has experience using recruitment and HR systems such as ESR, NHS Jobs, TRAC and rostering systems Communicates clearly and professionally with both colleagues and candidates Can handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Youll need to be a great team player with a flexible approach and a positive attitude. The role also requires the ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
