Prospero Teaching are working with a great primary school in Kent who are looking for a talented and dedicated HLTA to join their team from September.

About the Role:
· Deliver teacher release time through whole-class teaching across KS1 and KS2
· Assist in clarifying instructions and ensuring effective use of learning resources
· Promote engagement, motivation and active participation among pupils
· Use key strategies to enhance literacy and numeracy outcomes
· Manage pupil behaviour effectively in line with school and Trust policies
The School is Looking For Someone Who:
· Can contribute to the schools high standards of teaching and learning
· Is committed to supporting all pupils to reach their full potential
· Holds a relevant HLTA qualification (equivalent to at least NVQ Level 3)
· Has experience working in a primary school setting
· Is passionate and dynamic about childrens learning
· Is enthusiastic about helping young people succeed
· Can form strong, professional relationships with pupils and staff
· Is ambitious, creative and ready to contribute to the wider school community
