Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm | Term Time Only

Long Term Futures is partnering with a nurturing infant school in Kenilworth that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support to two Year 1 pupils who have been identified with autism and SEMH needs, including attachment-related difficulties. The school is looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent, consistent, and confident in supporting pupils with additional needs.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children with autism, SEMH, or attachment issues
* Familiarity with KS1 and early years learning approaches
* Able to deliver targeted interventions and follow EHCP strategies
* Confident in supporting behaviour regulation and promoting emotional well-being
* Patient, proactive, and resilient in supporting pupils with complex needs
* Comfortable engaging with school staff, SENCOs, and families
