Night Concierge
We are recruiting for a Night Concierge for one of the Coolest Hotel in Hoxton! Long revered as London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.
As our Night Concierge, you will receive:
- Salary: £13.79 per hour plus great benefits

As a Master of your Craft, you will…
- Create a welcoming and guest responsive atmosphere with personalised service having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest and leadership feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- SIA licence is desirable but not essential
- Maintain a strong presence at the hotel entrance, assisting with opening doors, offering umbrellas, or guiding guests to Reception.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local services, directions, and key attractions around East London and London.
- Fulfil all overnight guest requests, including but not limited to reservations, luggage assistance, mail and parcel handling, and in-room deliveries.
- Provide recommendations and arrange services for guests as requested (e.g., transportation, tickets, office services, beauty and barber services, repairs, shopping)
- Previous experience as concierge, night concierge, security, or similar role
