Graduate Science Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:
• 2:1 or above in a science-related degree (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biomedical Science)
• Strong academic background and passion for science education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young people
• Previous experience working with students is beneficial but not essential
