Your Role & Responsibilities
Academic Support
• Work across KS3 and KS4 classes, providing targeted support in core subjects including English, Mathematics, and Science
• Design and deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions to accelerate student progress
• Collaborate with qualified teaching staff to prepare engaging learning materials
Student Development
• Build meaningful, positive relationships with students as an inspirational role model
• Provide specialized support for pupils with SEN and/or EAL needs
• Assist with behavior management strategies to enhance student engagement
Professional Contribution
• Monitor and record student progress, contributing to school-wide improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements
• Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (English, Mathematics, Science, Psychology, or Education particularly advantageous)
