About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practioner. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual ensuring a high standard of care and education for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a team of practitioners, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning and development through play-based and structured activities.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive setting.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are adhered to.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
Requirements:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a Nursery Setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality early years education.
• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
