Summary

Customer Service Advisor (Dorking)

Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: 08:00am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am – 12:00pm
Location: Dorking

New vacancy for a Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor to join a busy accident repair centre. Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, the main purpose of the role is to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities of a Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor:

• Excellent customer service
• Multi-tasking and prioritising tasks
• Attention to detail in all administration
• Scanning documents
• Booking parts

Skills and Qualifications of a Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor:

• Experience of working in a modern accident repair centre / bodyshop is desirable
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• Good IT skills
• Experience of cash and credit control
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
