Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

Please note- This role will be split equally between two locations: Corby (NN17 5JG) and Stamford (PE9 4QA); therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic financial management tasks is advantageous
• Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential
• Competence in using MS Office for document creation and management
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What will your role look like?
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence. The role is varied and includes travel bookings and some basic HR
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication on behalf of the Director
• Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records, both physical and digital
• Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
• Prepare reports and presentations as required, utilising Google Suite applications effectively
• Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement
• Support the Director in project management tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met
• Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
