Summary
Job description:
Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring high levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
Train, motivate, and support team members to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout all service periods.
Ensure food and beverages are served to the highest standard, with close attention to presentation and timing.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback or complaints, taking appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor and uphold hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards in line with current regulations and company policy.
Manage stock levels of beverages and front-of-house supplies, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage.
Work closely with kitchen, front-of-house and management teams to coordinate service and support business objectives.
