Summary
We are seeking suitably qualified & experienced MIG Welders - with your own transport - for a Day Shift Role in Hinckley!
** This is an excellent opportunity with the potential for a permanent contract **
Working 6.00am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday - you will be joining a friendly & supportive team!
You will be:
MIG welding sheet metal from 1mm to 15mm thickness
Occasional stainless steel welding
Setting up welding machines and adjusting parameters independently
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and production paperwork
Meeting tight deadlines and achieving production targets
Conducting quality inspections of finished components
You will be able to demonstrate:
1+ years of MIG welding experience
Be fully competent in reading drawings and setting up welding equipment
Demonstrate good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Be flexible and able to adapt to new tasks as needed
