What You'll Do as a Care Assistant
You'll provide one-to-one support to older adults across the Lincoln area, building lasting relationships and making each day brighter.
Typical duties include:
• Friendly companionship & conversation
• Personal care and daily routines
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Local outings or errands
With visits lasting at least 1 hour, you’ll have time to care properly — no rushed appointments or unrealistic schedules.
No Experience? No Problem.

You’ll need:
• A caring, reliable, and positive attitude
• A valid UK driving license and access to a car
