Accounts Assistant - The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our collaborative team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks across accounts preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll. You’ll work closely with clients and support the smooth running of daily operations within the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Purchase and Sales ledger liaising directly with clients
• Performing bookkeeping and payroll duties with accuracy and efficiency
• Using accounting software Microsoft 365 Business Central to maintain financial records
• Keeping all financial documents well-organised, both digitally and on paper
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft 365 Business Central - essential
• Familiarity with accounts preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A team player with a proactive mindset and a client-first attitude
