Summary
More about the role: This role will provide leadership, development and governance of the lymphoedema service working across North and East Devon. The overall aim being to improve quality of care and health outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide visible and accessible clinical leadership for clinical teams, operational colleagues, patients, and service users. Work closely with key colleagues to develop and lead lymphoedema services across North and East Devon. Oversee safer staffing within the teams and ensure adequate capacity to maintain safety and quality. Continually review and improve the quality and efficacy of clinical practice and care. Skills and Attributes: Highly effective communication skills. Strong organizational skills, able to manage own workload and take responsibility for clinical actions and systems / standards. Ability to make complex clinical judgments, manage conflicting views, and reconcile inter and intra-professional differences of opinion. Ability to lead specific nursing policy development across the wider health community in conjunction with other agencies.
