Job Summary:
We are a catering and refrigeration repair company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery by supporting our engineers, customers, managing service enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of organization, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
2. Create quotes as required for works to be completed
3. Collaborate with engineers and service administrators to ensure smooth service operations.
4. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in internal systems.
5. Monitor service performance and follow up on pending or unresolved issues.
6. Maintaining stock databases and ensuring office stock levels are replenished as necessary
7. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
1. GCSE level or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is required.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. A positive, pro-active attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

1. Familiarity with industry-specific products or services.
