Are you passionate about early years education and looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and well-located setting? We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, friendly team at a private nursery in the WV1 area of Wolverhampton.

Working Hours (Flexible Shifts Available):

This is a full-time role with flexible shifts to suit your schedule:

• 7:30am – 6:00pm

  
  

• 7:30am – 1:00pm

  
  

• 1:00pm – 6:00pm

  
  

  Start date: ASAP
  Contract type: Initially temporary – with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5

    
    

  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

    
    

  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities

    
    

  • Work collaboratively with parents and staff

    
    

  • Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and EYFS guidelines

    
    ✅ Requirements:

    • Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) – essential

      
      

    • Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting

      
      

    • A warm, caring nature and a passion for supporting child development

      
      

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

      
      

    • Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS standards
