Summary

Our Customer Income and Lettings Team are a high performing team which prides itself on exceptional customer service – tailoring our services to customers’ needs and putting them at the heart of every decision we make.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our Letting processes with a focus on the very start of their tenancy and getting this off to the best possible start for our customers.

You will be responsible for the housekeeping of prospective, current and former customers in our systems to ensuring documents and communications are accurate. You will also keep action plans up to date with key dates and close to make sure the reporting data is accurate and void loss mitigated.

Our customers will:

• Know what to expect from us and understand clearly what we expect of them.

• Feel assured that if a problem arises, we will listen carefully, communicate effectively and act quickly and professionally to resolve it, involving them at every stage of the process

• Have support in place when they need it.

About You

With experience and a sound knowledge of housing legislation, policy and practice you will be able to manage a busy and varied workload, sometimes with short deadlines and minimal supervision.

The customers are at the centre of what we do so you will be able to relate to customers with delivering the service with the customers’ needs in mind, responding to customer concerns with tact and sensitivity and be firm when required.

The successful candidate will also be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check. Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence with your access to your own car or alternative transport is required.
