Summary
A wonderful client in Godalming, Surrey is seeking a live-in housekeeper to help maintain and organise their home to a high standard. They are looking for someone experienced, reliable, and hardworking who can confidently manage all typical housekeeping duties. Cooking is not required, as the family has a private chef. The ideal candidate will be professional and presentable, as the household frequently hosts guests. While there is a strong preference for Hindi-speaking applicants, English-speaking candidates will also be considered.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday for 60 hours per week on a flexible schedule
Accommodation Shared accommodation with other staff, shared bathroom, shared sleeping arrangements
Duties include:
take care of the household
mopping the floor
dusting different surfaces
freshening the rooms
doing the laundry and ironing of the client
hoovering the carpets and floors
ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
polishing silverware and marbles
making sure the toilet and bathroom are clean
doing the grocery shopping and errands
organising cupboards and changing bedsheets
The client is seeking someone who can start as soon as possible.
