The role:
On behalf of a local council, we are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor with good general building surveying knowledge and experience of carrying out stock condition surveys to domestic housing stock.
The role will consist of carrying out high volumes of stock condition surveys and EPC assessments to housing stock owned by the Council throughout Poole and Bournemouth.
You should also have at least 2 years' experience with a local authority or housing association.
There is potential for the contract length to be extended beyond the initial period, ( for the right candidate).
What the client is looking for:
Strong knowledge and experience of carrying out stock condition surveys to domestic dwellings.
At least two years experience carrying out surveys for a local authority or housing association required.
DEA accredited with the ability to lodge EPC's with Elmhurst.
Good knowledge and experience of keystone foundation app for entering stock condition data.
Good general building surveying experience and good knowledge of building pathology.
Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation, including the ability to work well with others.
Working knowledge of other ICT software including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft teams.
