  • We are looking to offer a salary in the range of £40,000 - £47,000

What you'll do

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll be responsible for the implementation of successful projects with workplace pension and savings clients. Ensuring the onboarding process is thoroughly understood, smoothly executed and that long term successful partnerships with clients are achieved.

You’ll also:

  • Lead on the implementation of new and existing pension and/or savings clients to Cushon
  • Working collaboratively with team members, sharing best practice to ensure positive client outcomes across the Cushon team
  • Provide training on new scheme processes to clients, ensuring the approach is tailored to their needs and all projects completed in a suitable timeframe Identifying Implementation process improvements to the wider implementation team and business if required, ensuring any process documentation is created and updated
  • Ensuring client project documentation and internal systems, such as Hubspot are kept up to date and monitored through weekly standups with team members

The skills you'll need

To take on this role, you’ll need experience of the Workplace Pensions industry, including the regulatory and commercial environment, and to have achieved, or working towards, a relevant professional qualification.

You’ll also need:

  • The ability to analyse complex financial information and identify and structure appropriate problem-solving solutions, showing high attention to detail and maintaining quality standards in everything you do
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good tone and excellent grammar and experience of delivering presentations both internally and externally
  • Great organisation skills where you’ll manage multiple concurrent client project activities of varying sizes, complexity and activity with minimal oversight
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team with the confidence and personal skills needed to develop relationships with colleagues and clients, maintaining a fantastic work ethic
  • A good working knowledge of project change frameworks such as Prince 2, and experience of project management within Workplace Pension and Savings
