As our Sales Supervisor, you'll be the friendly face customers see when they walk in – and the organised mind behind the scenes.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with their purchases
- Managing stock levels and overseeing deliveries
- Handling phone calls, including taking appointments for the adjoining barber shop
- Supporting and leading junior team members
- Opening and closing the shop, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
