Summary
Title: Administrator / Administration Assistant Bridgwater Administrator required for peak cover (July - September) immediate start available. Experience in Sage, Word and Excel required. Working between 35.00 - 37.50hrs per week with hours to suit you between 07:00 - 16:30. This position will be working in a small social team and fully paid training will be provided. Pay Rate: £12.50ph Shift Schedule: 35.00 - 37.50hrs per week Working between 07:00 - 16:30, times to suit YOU! Duties Include:
Manage Service email inbox - answering all queries or fielding to the correct person within the service department / business. Filing all emails under correct customer so they can be easily found if needed. Answer telephone calls - triage to correct person if unable to assist. Keeping the customer updated on order progress when asked. Raising purchase orders where necessary for engineers/ service team requirements Booking hotels for employees when requested for engineers visits or training. Book decontaminations with our 3rd party company, raising this on a monthly PO linking this to the sales order. Then once confirmed, inform the customers of the details. Upload the decontamination certificates on the relevant purchase order & confirm this has been booked in on sage. Upload the decontamination certificates on the customers sales order to show this has happened.
