Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The Board of Governors at Ss Mary and John Catholic School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to provide flexible and responsive support for a number of learners with additional needs across the school.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students on their educational journey. You’ll help implement tailored strategies that address each student's unique learning profile, working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to develop and deliver comprehensive, individualised support plans.

We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who will contribute to the educational, personal, and social development of children under the direction and guidance of teaching staff and other relevant professionals.

• Have the ability to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents.
