What skills and experience we're looking for
York High School are seeking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to join our existing Cover Team in September.
The central focus of the Cover Supervisor’s role is to take responsibility for the learning, behaviour and progress of classes during the absence of the designated teacher. Working in a busy environment, the person we are looking for will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
The trust will be undertaking a job evaluation exercise in the near future and, therefore, the grade for this position may change.
