The role includes:
• Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff
The ideal candidate will have:
• QTS / PGCE / Cert Ed or other relevant qualifications
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Experience working with pupils of mixed abilities and adapting teaching strategies
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
