We are currently seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at our Banbury nursery. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to work part-time and make a real difference in the lives of children, whether you're experienced or just starting out in early years.

What You’ll Do:
Help prepare and supervise children during mealtimes
Support children’s independence and social skills during lunch
Ensure dietary requirements and food safety standards are met
Assist with routines such as sleep and toileting
Provide support to the wider team during lunch cover
Ensure the environment is safe, clean and welcoming for children
Contribute to creating a positive, respectful and inclusive atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for working with children and supporting their development
Patience, positivity and strong communication skills
A team player with a can-do attitude
Previous experience in a childcare setting is desirable but not essential
A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3) is welcome, but not required
