We’re seeking a High Net Worth Insurance Account Handler to join our growing team in Bolton. You’ll specialise in motor and home insurance for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring every client receives a tailored, seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Insurance Account Handler:
As a key member of our client services team, you’ll be responsible for managing high-value accounts from start to finish:
• Handling new quotations, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
• Liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes
• Keeping accurate records of all communications and policy details
• Responding to client queries quickly and professionally via phone and email
• Providing a customer experience that exceeds expectations
• Staying up to date through regular FCA-compliant training
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who is confident, proactive, and highly organised — someone who enjoys building relationships and isn’t afraid of taking initiative.
You’ll ideally have:
• A sharp eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and over the phone
• A positive, “can-do” attitude with a bubbly but professional manner
• Experience in a fast-paced office, customer service, or call centre setting
• Familiarity with Excel and Word
• Acturis experience (advantageous but not essential)
• A strong sense of accountability and a results-driven mindset
