Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to our diverse patient population and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including face to face and telephone consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Participate in the occasional training and supervision of GP trainees, medical students, and other healthcare professionals. Engage in regular clinical meetings and contribute to practice development initiatives. Manage a caseload of patients with a variety of health conditions, ensuring continuity of care. Conduct home visits and participate in the on-call rota as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice policies and GMC guidelines. Participate in audit, research, and quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and practice efficiency. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care to patients.
