About Meadow Primary School
Meadow Primary School is a three-form entry primary school with a nursery in Surrey. As part of the Bourne Education Trust (BET), a successful multi-academy trust comprising twenty-four schools across Surrey, Hampshire, and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, we are committed to "Transforming schools...changing lives."
At our school, you will find a welcoming and purposeful environment centred on our core purpose and vision: for our children to leave Meadow Primary School as confident, resourceful and respectful individuals who are ready to transition into a successful life at secondary school and beyond. This is a place where everyone is challenged to perform at their best and where there is a commitment to nurturing and growing happy, successful, intellectually curious and determined children and young people with a strong sense of moral and cultural values.
Our curriculum has been designed to meet the needs of our children and focuses on engaging all through Discovery Days and learning sequences that build skills and knowledge so that all children aspire and achieve the best possible outcomes. Our learning environment promotes active learning where children are encouraged to ask questions and become independent learners. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum where PE and the arts are a pivotal element to every week. We are fortunate to be set in extensive grounds and our swimming pool is used 50% of the year.
