Residential Support Worker - Keynsham Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 (depending on experience) Sleep-in Rate: £75 per night Location: Keynsham, Somerset Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available

About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people in our care. You'll be part of a close-knit team that works collaboratively to promote positive outcomes and help each child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities


  • Building trusting relationships with children and young people

  • Supporting daily routines including education, activities, and personal development

  • Managing challenging behaviours with compassion and consistency

  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning

  • Participating in sleep-in shifts (paid at £75 per night)


What We're Looking For


  • Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Residential Childcare

  • Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)

  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • A full UK driving licence is desirable
