Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a genuine passion for supporting young learners in their early development? Do you have a solid background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact!

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Primary Teaching Assistant to join an SEN unit within a mainstream school. This rewarding role will involve providing both 1:1 and group support, tailored to the individual needs of the students. We are seeking professionals with hands-on experience in SEN, ready to contribute their expertise and make a difference in the lives of children who need it most.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience working with SEN students (this role is not suitable for those new to SEN)
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners and contributing to their early development
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desireable but not essential)

• All applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) prior to working if not already in possession of one that is registered to the update service. The cost of a DBS would be put forward to the applicant.

Link3 Recruitment is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

In this role, you will work closely with the child and the wider teaching team to ensure the child’s needs are met, helping them to thrive in a nurturing learning environment.

Why Join Us?

• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child’s learning and development
• Supportive team environment
• Competitive daily rate

If you meet the criteria and are ready to take on this rewarding challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
