What You’ll Need
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- A proactive, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach

Key Responsibilities
