Summary

Looking for your next forklift role? Our client, a leading manufacturer on a global scale are looking for forklift operators to join their team on a temporary to permanent, full time basis. The site is located centrally in Scunthorpe, and boasts a modern, hi-tech clean working environment. The product is none food and the machinery is state of the art.

Hours of work:
Shift rotation - internal shift pattern covering 24-7
Mixture of day shifts 0600-1800 / night shifts 1800-0600

Rate of pay:
£12.41 per hour + £2.50 shift bonus per hour

The Role:
* Counterbalance Forklift operation and handling.
* Loading goods or other materials onto the truck for transportation.
* Unloading goods, packaging, raw materials and other from incoming vehicles and stack them to the assigned places using FLT.
* Use of scanning system equipment correctly.
* Transporting materials to the production department
* Operating low-lift pallet truck
* When the forklift is not require - Getting involved in general labouring duties and Selecting/sorting packaging materials

To apply, you will need to have a valid counterbalance license dated within the last 3 years
Experience operating the vehicle previously and ability to follow all site health and safety requirements, with special attention to operating the vehicle safely.
