Our purpose is clear: to invest in homes and relationships so people can thrive. We believe everyone deserves a home that is safe, secure, and warm. But we don’t stop there — we aim to provide homes that empower people to pursue their goals and live well.

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for driving efficiency and clarity in complex integration landscapes? We're seeking a talented integration governance & reporting manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and oversight of our integration initiatives.

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust governance framework & reporting for the programme, defining best practices, and developing comprehensive reporting mechanisms for all our integration projects. You'll work closely with various stakeholders across the business, providing invaluable insights that will inform decision making.

You’ll also coordinate governance meetings, prepare executive summaries and presentations, and act as a key communication point for governance and reporting matters. This is a role that requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent communication - along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton, London or Norwich with some travel across our geography required to deliver workshops. Regular home working is also available.

You will have:

  • Experience in governance, PMO, programme controls, or reporting within a complex programme or transformation environment
  • Ideally, exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale organisational change
  • A strong understanding of project and programme management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Confidence in using data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting and governance

The closing date is 14 July.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a major change programme with real impact. If you’re ready to shape how change is delivered, support strategic decision-making, and help an organisation grow with purpose — we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help build the future of Bromford Flagship.
