ISS is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to provide strategic procurement leadership across one of our largest and most ambitious UK accounts.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact mobilisation and delivery programme within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Job Description

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive procurement efficiency, improve quality, and strengthen compliance.

By embedding best practices and overseeing procurement for planned, reactive, and project works, you'll ensure high performance standards across the board.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone passionate about procurement transformation, supplier performance, and making a tangible impact on one of ISS’s flagship contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, innovation, and customer service across the account.
Work with Capital Projects to ensure value for money in project procurement activities.
Lead successful supplier mobilisation, ensuring compliance and alignment with client requirements.
Act as the key link between Procurement and the account team to maintain strategic alignment.
Ensure supplier assurance and contractual governance requirements are consistently met.
Support rebate management to maximise commercial benefits for the business.
Drive contract compliance and supplier performance, aiming for 80% adherence to the Preferred Supplier List.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Broad understanding of FM operations (hard and/or soft services preferred).
Strong sourcing and procurement skills with experience in large-scale environments.
Confident engaging with demanding, high-profile clients.
Able to work collaboratively with both client stakeholders and internal ISS teams.
Adaptable, commercially aware, and focused on driving value and compliance.
