Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery Analyst to join our ITdepartment and support the delivery of high-quality IT services to our internal and externalcustomers.Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the Service Delivery Analyst will play a crucial role inmonitoring service performance, managing service-related incidents, and ensuring that all ITservices align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong analytical skills, experience in ITservice management, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams tocontinuously improve IT service delivery. The Service delivery analyst role will require anelement of people management skills alongside service ownership.
